Had the Lychee Yakult and waffles.
Drink was really good but the waffles were just “meh” and a bit overpriced for the size and quality. I ordered ice cream for the waffles and to my surprise it came in a separate container, unlike on the pictures.
Ice cream about half a scoop size for $1.50 extra.
Ladies on the cafe were nice though.
Might try the other drinks next time but definitely not the waffles.
The most consistently good bubble tea place in Buffalo. I order from here at least 3 days a week with 10 of my coworkers and everyone’s order is always delicious. Tapioca is always fresh (a lot of places in Buffalo have stale or hard tapioca) and the sweetness level is always exactly as ordered. Bonus is that it never takes a long time to receive the order.
I want to like this place soooo bad but the staff will flat out ignore you. Tell you a minute or two for your order and will be a half hour. It sucks because I really want to like this place but I just can't, when the staff would rather play around on their phones than serve you.
I only order the cheesefoam and the Thai boba. I expected this place to be good based on the reviews, but turned out to be a bit disappointing to me as a bubble enthusiast. The boba is not flavored well. I asked them to make the cheesefoam with out ice but they say they can’t do it??? I have had numerous places where they can make this float well with out the ice. They made my with ice but it still didn’t float well. I guess there isn’t that much competition of boba in this area. I have made much better cheese foam myself. That’s a shame when a boba enthusiast makes better boba than them.
Went yeterday and loved it! Got the black milk tea and the caramel hazelnut egg waffle. Both were really good, I also got to sit there on the side and just finish my work on my laptop so that was also a big plus. The staff was super nice and they were really quick as well. They really had me at their cups, I absolutely love to quality of the cups!
‼️Currently there’s no dining in ‼️
Drinks taste good, but make sure to ask for 50% sugar (or less), otherwise they are extremely sweet.
I had a Taro latte and my boyfriend had Strawberry tea. Both very sweet, but we agreed that the fruity tea was our favorite. We also ordered a waffle, which wasn’t really that special.
I’d probably be a bit more happy with my visit if I could have a full experience of dining inside the cafe and not having to sit outside in a chilly weather.
As a boba connoisseur I had to give Icha a try while I was visiting from Phoenix. The service was lovely and my jasmine milk tea was refreshing and yummy! Worth a visit! :)
There was a unique selection of teas I found interesting. The tea I tried was strongly brewed, low sugar. It seems like a good choice for a person who is all about the tea, not a bad thing as many places add too much sugar to the point it isn't even recognizable as tea. I'll definitely be back to try more of their unusual selections.
